- Conduct site visits to assess service requirements, identify technical issues and determine the scope of work.
- Supervise field service activities and lead technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, provide progress updates and address service-related queries.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on enquiries, site assessments and project requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, customer enquiries and ongoing service work.
- Coordinate with the workshop, suppliers and internal teams to arrange the manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for each job.
- Prepare site assessment reports, service records and job completion documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering field is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in field service, mechanical equipment maintenance, or technical sales is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and technical writing skills.
- Willingness to visit sites and supervise field activities.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
