Sales Engineer

Job description

• Support the sales of airport products and refurbishment projects across the Middle East & Asia Pacific region
  .
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and provide technical sales support to customers.
• Understand customer equipment and system requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, sales teams, engineers, and airport stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales and marketing strategies across the assigned region.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and quotas.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and colleagues.
• Work independently, take initiative, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results.
• Ensure full compliance with airport safety, security, and company procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning Engineering, or a related field
  . A Master's degree in Sales or Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
  .
• Strong knowledge of contract management and relevant engineering disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English
  .
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
  .
• Customer-oriented, results-driven, responsible, and proactive mindset.
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively across the Middle East & Asia Pacific and visit different project sites.
