Job description
- Plan and design areas targeted for development within public beaches, in addition to assessing and studying the current and future needs of beaches and their surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with architects in planning and designing infrastructure projects that support beach development.
- Incorporate sustainable and international best practices and environmental conservation measures into development plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Design and develop comprehensive plans for the development of beaches and their surrounding areas, including the design of appropriate public spaces, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Monitor the implementation of plans and projects, evaluate their outcomes, and make the necessary adjustments to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.
- Manage engineering contracts and projects, with technical expertise in the architectural assessment of projects and comprehensive knowledge of the requirements for designing outdoor spaces and public facilities.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
- Architectural Engineering
- Urban Planning Engineer
- 20 years of experience
