Responsibilities
- Create the structural designs and drawings for our concrete and steel villas.
- Figure out the exact loads and weights the building will face, making sure the design can handle them perfectly.
- Prepare easy to read structural drawings for our construction workers to follow on site.
- Willing to visit the construction sites to check on the progress.
- You will make sure the builders are following your drawings exactly.
- Work closely with our architects to make sure the building looks beautiful on the outside while staying structurally safe on the inside.
- A University Degree / Master in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Structural Engineer.
- Must have experience designing villas, townhouses, or low-rise buildings.
- Must know how to use structural design software like ETABS, SAFE, or AutoCAD.
- Need to speak and write in clear, simple English so you can easily explain your designs to the builders and project managers.
