Position

Production Engineer

Abu Dhabi (with frequent offshore visits as per job requirements)

• 150/30 – on Single status
• 335/30 – on Family status (applicable after completion of Probation period)

Round trip - Economy class provided

Health Insurance provided

Single-status accommodation will be provided during the period of single status.

Contract Hire

• Abu Dhabi - 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)
• Offshore - 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week

AED 12,000 – 14,000 per month

Family status benefits will become applicable upon successful completion of the probationary period

• Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Possess 12+ years of proven expertise in production engineering in the oil & gas sector.
• Experience in Offshore Production Engineering

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely production
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Develop and maintain production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong understanding of production processes and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required
