Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead / ESG Consultant to lead sustainability initiatives, ESG strategies, environmental performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies.
- Conduct ESG assessments, environmental reviews, and sustainability reporting.
- Monitor carbon emissions, energy, water, waste, and resource performance.
- Support green building, energy efficiency, and sustainable design initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and ESG requirements.
- Develop ESG targets, KPIs, action plans, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify sustainability risks and recommend improvement measures.
- Support ESG disclosures, audits, certifications, and stakeholder reporting.
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, ESG, or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and environmental requirements.
- Experience with carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, or green building standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as LEED, GBI, BREEAM, GRI, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Experience in construction, property, engineering, or large-scale projects preferred.
