Mechanical Engineer; HVAC & Plumbing Designer
Design and develop HVAC systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and other building projects.
Design plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems

Prepare HVAC and plumbing design calculations, layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings
.
Prepare equipment schedules, pipe sizing, duct sizing, pressure-drop calculations, and other design documentation.
Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines
.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
Coordinate and respond to authority comments and requirements
.
Ensure designs comply with applicable ASHRAE standards, UAE regulations, and local authority requirements
.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
.
Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in HVAC and Plumbing design.
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and applicable UAE/local regulations.
Experience with
Abu Dhabi authority requirements and approval procedures is highly desirable.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
; knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
Good knowledge of HVAC load calculations and mechanical system selection.
Knowledge of plumbing and drainage system design and calculations.
Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines.
Good technical report writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
