We are seeking a talented Fitout Engineer cum Project & Technical Coordinator to support our Project Director and manage technical execution for premium interior fitout projects in Abu Dhabi.
Oversee the day-to-day execution of fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and construction timelines.
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project flow.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
Manage the procurement and delivery of all necessary materials and equipment, optimizing inventory and minimizing waste.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil) or Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical coordination within the fit-out or construction industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and engineering drawings.
