Testing & Commissioning Manager – PV​/BESS​/Substation

• Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project, construction, engineering, HSE, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise and manage T&C teams, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Ensure testing and commissioning activities are carried out as per approved procedures, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate equipment testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, and handover activities.
• Review testing procedures, method statements, checklists, and commissioning documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, and other project stakeholders during commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or site-related issues affecting commissioning schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of testing and commissioning records.
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of issues identified during testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements during all T&C activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power projects.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  Solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), Substations.
• Proven experience managing T&C teams and coordinating site commissioning activities.
• Good understanding of testing and commissioning procedures for electrical systems and equipment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a project/site environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working on large-scale projects will be preferred.
• UAE project/site experience is an advantage.
