Job Description The Civil Engineer will support the technical review and construction delivery of civil works, helping ensure design information and site activities remain aligned with project requirements. The position involves working across earthworks, structures, drainage, and related civil engineering elements while coordinating technical interfaces with other disciplines and contractors.

• Review civil engineering design submissions covering earthworks, structures, drainage, and associated works.
• Assess submitted information against project specifications, technical requirements, and applicable standards.
• Provide civil engineering support during construction supervision activities.
• Assist with the review and resolution of construction-related technical queries.
• Prepare clear technical comments, observations, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate civil engineering interfaces with other project disciplines.
• Liaise with contractors on technical and interface matters affecting civil works.
• Monitor civil works for compliance with approved project requirements.
• Support effective coordination between design review and construction activities.
• Identify technical issues requiring clarification and communicate them to the appropriate project parties.

• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience.
• Design review or site experience is preferred.
• Practical understanding of civil engineering works such as earthworks, structures, and drainage.
• Ability to review technical submissions and prepare engineering comments and reports.
• Capability to coordinate civil interfaces across contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
