MNC Engineering LLC is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Estimation / QS Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MEP estimation, quantity surveying, and tendering who are capable of delivering accurate cost estimates and supporting successful project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, evaluating project costs, managing tender submissions, and monitoring project budgets while working closely with internal teams and subcontractors.

Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Review tender documents, engineering drawings, and perform detailed rate analyses.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment applications, variation orders (VOs), and claims.
• Monitor project budgets, material costs, and maintain estimation databases.
• Support project cost planning and ensure accurate project pricing.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate estimation activities.
• Maintain cost records and provide commercial support throughout project execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of MEP Estimation or Quantity Surveying experience within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Estimation/QS software such as Plan Swift, CostX, or equivalent.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• MEP estimation and quantity surveying.
• BOQs, tendering, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
• HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Plan Swift, CostX, or equivalent estimation software.
