SIBCA Electronics is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished ELV Engineer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, structured cabling, and home automation to join our dynamic engineering team on a full-time permanent basis in the United Arab Emirates (primarily Abu Dhabi). In this specialized low current and electronic systems role, you will spearhead designing, installing, testing, and commissioning complex ELV infrastructure, smart home automation architectures, and enterprise structured cabling networks.

You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure uncompromising installation quality, system integration, and on-time project delivery. As an ELV Engineer at SIBCA Electronics in the UAE, you will take full ownership of site engineering execution, technical coordination, equipment configuration, and testing for Extra Low Voltage systems across commercial and residential developments. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass supervising structured cabling installations, configuring home automation and smart building platforms, troubleshooting ELV hardware faults, and coordinating closely with MEP contractors and project stakeholders.

You will leverage deep expertise in CCTV, access control, intercom systems, structured copper/fiber cabling, and automation protocols to maintain highest standards of technical compliance. Working in a fast-paced technology contracting environment in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, you will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Design, coordinate, execute, and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Supervise structured cabling systems installation, copper/fiber backbone splicing, cable management, and termination testing.
• Configure, program, and commission smart home automation systems, building management integrations, and AV control panels.
• Conduct site surveys, review technical shop drawings, and prepare material submittals and technical compliance statements.
• Collaborate proactively with project managers, site supervisors, MEP contractors, and client representatives in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults across CCTV, access control, intercom, and ELV networks.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory standards, SIRA/MCC requirements, and international engineering best practices.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, installation logs, red-line markups, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and subcontractor site activities to maintain project schedules.
• Enforce rigorous site safety standards, quality control checklists, and zero-accident occupational health guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional hands-on experience in ELV systems engineering, structured cabling, and low current installations.
• Strong technical proficiency and operational mastery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) architectures, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
• Extensive practical experience with structured cabling systems (CAT6/6A, fiber optic backbones, patch panels, racks).
• Proven competence in smart home automation systems installation and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and site coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
