Educational Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Storage and Transportation, or a related discipline.
- Degree must be from a university listed in the QS World University Rankings or US News & World Report
. - Educational certificate Attestation required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process safety, chemical plant operations, or related fields.
- Fluency in English as the working language.
- Proficiency in process safety methodologies, including HAZOP
, SIL
, and QRA
. - Expertise in interpreting and developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools such as BowtieXP or PHAST
. - Knowledge of industry standards, including API 520/521 for pressure-relieving systems, and emerging technologies like digital twins for process safety.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and report writing.
- Excellent project coordination and teamwork abilities.
- High adaptability and commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with evolving industry standards.
- Serious, responsible, practical, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
, including weekends or holidays, as required. - Acceptance of the company’s IRC overtime policy
, which provides time off in lieu of overtime pay.

- Must pass a Medical Fitness Test
, including assessments for blood pressure, diabetes, vision, and overall health, ensuring no conditions (e.g., infectious diseases or severe chronic illnesses) that impact working on-site safety.
