Prepare and maintain integrated maintenance, major scheme and shutdown plans, giving execution teams the schedules, coordination and monitoring information needed to deliver work safely and efficiently. The position links production, engineering, integrity and maintenance stakeholders while identifying schedule conflicts and resource constraints before they affect delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan covering engineering and maintenance schemes, barge and boat activities, wellhead tower (WHT) campaigns, major inspections, overhauls and shutdowns.
- Coordinate with Integrity, Production, Projects, Maintenance Support and other stakeholders to prepare shutdown programs and short- and long-term work schedules aligned with business plans.
- Produce and update maintenance barge plans and coordinate their requirements with scheduled work.
- Compile WHT major maintenance worklists and develop campaign execution schedules.
- Maintain bedding plans by coordinating with the responsible job officers and reflecting changes to individual scheme schedules.
- Prepare and monitor major maintenance budgets, including expenditure phasing.
- Track deviations from approved work programs, explain possible effects on related activities and recommend corrective actions to team leaders.
- Work with planning and cost coordination teams to monitor durations, target dates, materials and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Commercial Division personnel to ensure required materials are identified for scheduled activities.
- Maintain communication with field teams, operations support, production assurance, engineering and maintenance departments during shutdown preparation.
- Engage shutdown committees and relevant stakeholders to resolve sequencing and execution issues.
- Liaise with concession holders during site visits and coordinate work requirements with contractor representatives, including performance discussions.
Supervise assigned planning activities and support staff development through job-related coaching and training.
Contribute to departmental budgets and approved work plans, identify significant cost variances and assist with performance reporting.
Apply established policies, procedures and company standards while recommending practical process improvements consistent with relevant ISO standards.
HSE and Reporting Follow applicable health, safety, environmental and sustainability requirements, including ADNOC Codes of Practice.
Supply accurate information for section management reports and monitor progress against agreed maintenance and shutdown milestones.
Ideal ProfileA planner who understands the dependencies between offshore maintenance work, production schedules, vessels, materials and contractor availability.
The position requires the ability to maintain an integrated forward plan, communicate changes clearly and coordinate competing priorities across technical disciplines.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor 's degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized university.
Experience and Skills5-6 years of multidisciplinary planning experience involving engineering and maintenance activities in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry. Proficiency in English is required. Technical and behavioral competencies are assessed against applicable ADNOC standards.
Working RelationshipsInternal coordination includes field personnel, Operations Support, Production Assurance, Maintenance, Engineering, shutdown committees and team leaders in Abu Dhabi and offshore super complexes.
External contacts include concession holders and contractor representatives.
