Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer

• Conduct project cost analyses, as well as maintenance cost analyses, participate in identifying client requirements and conducting feasibility studies, and prepare tender and contract documents and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in coordination with the responsible engineer. Analyze tender costs and contribute to the analysis and development of project-related business activities, and ensure the accuracy of the audit of final accounts for completed projects upon handover.
• Prepare and compile tender and contract documents and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in coordination with the responsible engineer.
• Manage budgets and costs, monitor performance, and ensure the accuracy of the audit of final accounts for completed projects upon handover, in coordination with the Accounts Section of the Finance Department and the concerned department.
• Prepare periodic reports on completed works, challenges encountered, project delays, financial claims, and any other relevant matters.
• Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Municipality’s approved information security and confidentiality policy and within the delegated authorities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the nature and scope of the position, as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree

• Civil Engineering
• 3 years of experience
