We are looking for an experienced Job Performance Engineer to support engineering and project performance activities within an Oil & Gas / EPC environment in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on project performance, progress measurement, KPI monitoring, reporting, and coordination across engineering and project teams.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, engineering, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of project KPIs, progress measurement, performance reporting, and project management systems is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
UAE or GCC Oil & Gas experience is preferred, while ADNOC project experience and exposure to major EPC contractors will be an advantage. Knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar reporting tools can further support the role.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor engineering and project performance against established KPIs.
- Track project progress and support accurate progress measurement.
- Prepare project performance reports and management updates.
- Monitor performance indicators and identify potential delays or deviations.
- Support project controls and engineering performance activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, project controls, and project management teams.
- Maintain performance data and reporting dashboards.
- Use Excel, reporting tools, and project management systems for performance monitoring.
- Analyze project data and provide relevant performance insights.
- Support continuous improvement of project reporting and performance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Experience in project performance, engineering performance, project controls, or progress monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of project KPIs and progress measurement.
- Experience with project reporting and performance monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and project management systems.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- UAE/GCC Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
- ADNOC project experience is an advantage.
- Experience with major EPC contractors is preferred.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
