Cathodic Protection; CP) Sales Engineer/Specialist
Approach contractors and clients to secure jobs.
Build up a protifolio in market for SKPS, approved ADNOC Contractor.
Design impressed current (ICCP) and sacrificial anode (galvanic) CP systems for pipelines, tanks, well casings and structures, per NACE SP0169, SP0285 and SP0193.
Conduct CP surveys: close interval potential survey (CIPS), DCVG, soil resistivity, and coating defect assessments.
Commission, test and troubleshoot rectifiers, anode beds, test stations, bonds and isolation joints
Develop and maintain CP application/field procedures, method statements and maintenance schedules.
Prepare CP design packages, calculations, drawings and technical proposals for tenders.
Perform periodic CP monitoring (potential readings, rectifier output verification) and report findings to asset integrity teams.
Liaise with client asset integrity/corrosion engineers on CP compliance and reporting per NACE/ISO 15589.
Bachelor's degree in Corrosion, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
NACE/AMPP Cathodic Protection Specialist (CP4) certification preferred; CP3/CP2-certified candidates will be considered
Demonstrated CP design and field application experience in oil, gas or utilities environments
Familiarity with NACE SP0169, SP0285, SP0193 and ISO 15589
Experience with CIPS/DCVG surveys, rectifier commissioning and CP monitoring equipment
UAE/GCC oil & gas industry experience preferred
