Al Masaood Power, based in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a detail‑oriented Contracts & Procurement Engineer to manage procurement processes and contract life cycles for power‑generation equipment and related services across the UAE and GCC.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 5‑8 years in a similar role within the past 12 years).
• Experience in power‑generation EPC, maintenance or data‑center projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract forms.
• Strong English proficiency; candidates based in UAE/GCC preferred.

• Develop procurement strategies and prepare RFQs/RFPs for equipment, sub‑contractors and services.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders and framework agreements.
• Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and monthly commercial progress updates for senior management.
• Manage variation orders, claims, and change requests; maintain registers and assess commercial impact.
• Administer client contracts, sub‑contracts, and supplier agreements; ensure compliance with notice requirements.
• Maintain commercial trackers, cost reports, risk registers, and ERP records (SAP/Oracle).
• Liaise with project managers, engineering, finance, procurement and site teams to provide commercial updates and resolve supplier issues.
