Job Overview

Mannesmann Energy is seeking an experienced HSE Professional to support health, safety, and environmental operations in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The position is suited to professionals with strong HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a solid understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a safe working environment, implementing HSE procedures, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting effective safety practices across operations. Previous ADNOC experience is considered an advantage and may receive priority during the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and maintenance of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Promote workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable HSE requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify workplace hazards and support risk assessment and mitigation activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe working environment across operational activities.
  • Support safety inspections, audits, and HSE-related reporting.
  • Promote employee awareness of health and safety practices.
  • Support incident investigation and corrective action processes where required.
  • Maintain relevant HSE documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of HSE practices and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
    .
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HSE experience
    .
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required
    .
  • NEBOSH IGC certification.
  • IOSH qualification.
  • OSHA qualification.
  • Knowledge or certification related to ISO 4501
    .
  • ADNOC experience is an advantage and may receive priority.
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: AED 10,000
