Lead and mentor a team of E I engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Oversee the design, installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems for complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and minimize downtime. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in E I engineering within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical] sector.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary E I teams and managing significant project budgets.
