QC Inspector-Welding; Walk-In Chennai & Kochi) 3rd
Conduct daily welding inspections and coordinate with Clientrepresentative during site visit.
Prepare and schedule NDT request including PWHT.Establish Inspection and Test plan (ITP), with respect to project
Standards and Specifications.
Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications and Conduct PQT,WQT and witness mechanical testing of test specimens.
Supervision of QA/QC activities related to Pipelines/Piping and Hydro testing / Pneumatic Testing of erected spools.
Carryout mechanical and QC clearance of hydro testpackages.
Preparation of final documents for the Project completionDossier
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10-year experience in Welding Inspection related to Oil & Gas projects in Middle East.
Previous approval in ADNOC Group or other Oil/Gas Client.
Candidates need to possess exposure in cross country pipelineprojects with larger diameter pipes in automatic weldingprocess.
Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CSWIP 3.1)
Certified ASNT Level-2.Willing to reside in site project accommodation
