Position: MEP Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator with a strong background in villa construction projects to oversee the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and site teams.
- Review MEP shop drawings and resolve coordination clashes.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and manage project trackers, RFIs, NCRs, inspections, material submissions, and progress reports.
- Maintain project documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP coordination for villa projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, shop drawing reviews, and clash detection
- Experience in project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point , and document management systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
