• Responsible for overseeing and managing all lifting operations on-site, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with ADNOC standards and project requirements
• Oversee lifting operations on-site, ensuring they are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, local laws, and international standards
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure lifting operations are conducted in full compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures to prevent accidents or incidents

• Equipment Management:
  Monitor the condition and maintenance of lifting equipment (e.g., cranes, hoists, slings, etc.), ensuring all machinery is fit for use, properly inspected, and serviced according to schedules
• Team Supervision:
  Lead and supervise a team of riggers, crane operators, and other lifting personnel. Provide training and guidance on lifting procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of equipment
• Lift Plans and Procedures:
  Develop, review, and implement detailed lifting plans, including the assessment of load weights, equipment requirements, and rigging configurations. Ensure all plans are approved before execution
• On-Site Coordination:
  Coordinate lifting operations with other construction activities to minimize disruptions and ensure timely project delivery. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient lifting operations
• Incident Reporting and Investigation:
  Document any lifting incidents or near-misses, conducting…
