RTOC Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced RTOC Engineers to join a leading drilling and well construction team supporting operations across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & India (MENATI) region
.

• Monitor and support real-time drilling operations from the Real-Time Operations Center
• Analyze drilling, directional, and formation evaluation data to optimize well performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide real-time recommendations to field teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with drilling, directional drilling, and LWD personnel to ensure successful execution of well plans.
• Support operational decision-making by identifying drilling trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
• Deliver accurate reporting and maintain data quality throughout drilling campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.

• Proven experience in Directional Drilling and Logging While Drilling operations, or experience as a DDX.
• Strong understanding of real-time drilling monitoring and drilling optimization workflows.
• Hands-on experience supporting complex drilling operations.
• Experience with Rotary Steerable Systems is essential.
• Ability to interpret drilling data and provide actionable recommendations in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering, Geoscience, or a related discipline is preferred.
