Job Responsibilities
- Study tender documents drawings BOQs and specifications
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and requirements for tenders
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit tenders through e-tendering portals including SAP Ariba DMT CMW etc
- Coordinate with planning procurement and project teams
- Prepare rate analysis bid comparisons and tender clarifications
- Maintain tender records and a cost database
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of estimating experience in roads and infrastructure
- Experience with SAP Ariba, DMT, CMW projects and other tendering platforms
- Preferably worked with a main contractor
- Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-off and rate analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel; estimating software is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- UAE experience required
