Site Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling detailed project schedules to ensure efficient execution of site activities in alignment with overall project milestones. The role includes preparing and managing integrated schedules covering deep excavation, temporary works sequencing, structural slab construction, waterproofing, MEP embedment and architectural interfaces, ensuring smooth coordination and timely handover for subsequent system installations. The planner closely tracks site progress, identifies potential delays and implements corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring TBM advance rates, shaft readiness, segment supply logistics, ground treatment operations and critical tunnel interface milestones to sustain continuous productivity throughout the bored tunnel alignment. Effective coordination with construction, engineering and logistics teams is essential to ensure seamless workflow, accurate reporting and adherence to project timelines.
