Project: Construction Supervision of Residential Villas &Infrastructure
Location: Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi

KN International is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to support the client in supervising, coordinating, and ensuring quality and compliance of electrical works in residential villas and associated infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive constructionsupervision experience in the UAE or similar environment, with strong technical expertise, leadership, and client communication skills.

The role involvesproviding technical oversight, monitoring contractor performance, implementingsafety standards, and managing all electrical installations from mobilization throughhandover and defects liability period.

• Take overall responsibility for the technical execution and supervision of electrical works, including power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, and utilities.
• Provide senior-level site supervision and technical guidance for electrical installations across villas, infrastructure, and utility works.
• Review, interpret,and ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, authoritystandards, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor contractor activities, assess work quality, and report non-conformances (NCRs).
• Review and verifycontractor submissions, including shop drawings, method statements,materials submittals, test reports, and O&M manuals.
• Conduct site inspections, witness testing/commissioning, and ensure electrical systems meet design, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders to facilitatesmooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce HSE requirements, safe working practices, and environmentalcontrols.
• Support project controls, including progress tracking, reporting, and coordination meetings.
• Assist inhandover, snagging, final inspections, and monitoring during the defectsliability period.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, site records, and inspection logs.

• Bachelor’s degreein Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the UAE is preferred.
• Minimum 10 yearsof relevant construction supervision experience in the UAE or similar environment.
• Previous experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) projects preferred.
• Strong leadership,team coordination, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting,and low voltage systems.
• Proficiency inproject management software and engineering tools.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.
• Willingness towork on remote sites in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.
