Position Overview
The Structural Inspector will be responsible for the inspection and monitoring of all structural works during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, contract requirements, and quality standards. The role requires proven experience in theme parks, themed entertainment destinations, attraction facilities, and complex steel structures associated with themed environments
, ensuring that all structural elements are constructed safely, accurately, and in accordance with the design intent.
- Conduct daily site inspections of structural works, including foundations, piles, pile caps, rafts, slabs, beams, columns, retaining walls, precast elements, and structural steel works.
- Verify that all structural works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and contract requirements.
- Inspect reinforcement installations and verify compliance prior to concrete placement.
- Witness concrete placement, sampling, testing, curing, and quality control activities.
