Job DescriptionSEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to support a major High-Speed Rail (HSR) infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant operations, coordinating production and construction support activities, optimizing operational performance and ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, schedule and cost requirements.
This position requires a strong technical and managerial background in large-scale construction or infrastructure plant operations, preferably within railway projects.
