We are seeking a Global Senior Commissioning Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE
, with responsibility for commissioning operations across Asia, Europe, and North America
. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commissioning and startup of large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities, ensuring performance validation, operational readiness, and compliance with global industry standards.
- Lead end-to-end data center commissioning strategy and execution.
- Manage FAT, SAT, functional testing, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Ensure seamless integration of MEP, electrical, controls, and IT systems.
- Establish commissioning processes, documentation, and quality standards.
- Drive compliance with Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ASHRAE, ISO, NFPA, and IEEE standards.
- Oversee client handover and operational readiness.
- Validate system reliability through redundancy, failover, and performance testing.
- Identify risks, resolve system issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations and facilities teams for smooth transition to live operations.
- Leverage BIM, automation, and AI-driven analytics to enhance commissioning performance.
- 20+ years of experience in commissioning data center, industrial, or mission-critical MEP and power systems.
- Proven leadership in end-to-end commissioning strategies for large-scale, high-availability infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in integrated systems testing (IST), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT).
- Deep understanding of MEP commissioning, critical cooling, power distribution, and automation systems.
- Experience with Uptime Institute Tier Certifications, TIA-942, ASHRAE, NFPA 70E, and global commissioning standards.
- Hands-on experience in load bank testing, thermal performance validation, and power continuity analysis.
- Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and operational readiness.
- Proficiency in BIM, digital twin technology, real-time commissioning dashboards, and AI-driven performance analytics.
