Engineering Manager; Oil & Gas

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in Well Completion Systems within the Oil & Gas industry to be based in the UAE and India.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience specifically in Well Completion Systems

• Proven experience in product design, development, validation, testing, and manufacturing support
  .
• Strong understanding and practical exposure to relevant API standards and audits
  .
• Experience managing a team of 10+ employees
  .
• Strong knowledge of CAD/design tools, engineering drawings, technical documentation, RCA, NCR and ECM processes
  .
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice period will be preferred.

• Lead Design & Development activities from material selection through product validation, ensuring compliance with customer and product requirements.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, process plans, quality plans, material specifications
  , and technical documentation.
• Lead and support API audits covering API 14L, 11D1, 19AC, 7-1, 7-2, 5CT, 5B, and 5DP.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and process failures.
• Prepare and review design packages, validation procedures, testing methods, and operational procedures
  .
• Provide technical support to Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Customers
  .
• Lead product testing, validation, and process capability activities.
• Oversee product design using CAD/design tools
  , including interpretation of drawings and schematics.
• Manage NCRs and ECMs and ensure timely closure
