Role Description The Licensed Civil Engineer will work on-site in Abu Dhabi in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and delivery of civil engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and calculations, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and authority regulations. The role involves planning project activities, contributing to stormwater management and infrastructure layouts, and providing technical input during building permit approval processes.

The engineer will conduct site visits, support construction supervision, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with project managers to maintain quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The position requires clear communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and authorities to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to produce safe, buildable, and code-compliant solutions.
• Professional experience as a Civil Engineer, including coordination with multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
• Skills in Planning and project coordination to support timelines, deliverables, and authority submissions.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design for urban and building projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure/registration as a Civil Engineer is required.
• Familiarity with local Abu Dhabi/UAE building codes, authority regulations, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and strong technical report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
