- Supervise and manage plumbing works for residential, commercial, hospitality, and other building construction projects.
- Review plumbing design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
- Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and hot water systems.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and UAE authority regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other MEP disciplines to resolve technical issues and avoid clashes.
- Monitor site progress, material requirements, manpower allocation, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate pressure testing, flushing, commissioning, and handover of plumbing systems.
- Review method statements, inspection requests, and technical submissions.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Supervise plumbing engineers, supervisors, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure proper documentation, progress reporting, and timely completion of assigned works.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering qualification.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in plumbing engineering, preferably within the UAE MEP contracting industry.
- Strong experience in plumbing systems for building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and hot water systems.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of applicable UAE authority requirements and regulations, as relevant to the project.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice preferred.
