- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems ensuring clash detection and resolution
- Produce construction-ready drawings schematics and documentation directly from the BIM model
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle incorporating design changes and site feedback
- Assist in the creation of as-built models and facility management information models upon project completion
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Hold certifications in Autodesk Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software
- Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a MEP BIM Modeller on building projects
- Demonstrate proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Exhibit strong understanding of MEP systems design principles and installation practices
- Be adept at reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective interdisciplinary coordination
- Showcase meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Be proficient in English (written and spoken) for clear project communication
- Have a keen eye for spatial relationships and problem-solving abilities
