Lead Engineer Construction- Offshore

- Lead and manage offshore construction teams including engineers supervisors and subcontractors
- Oversee the installation hookup and commissioning of offshore facilities such as platforms pipelines and subsea structures
- Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules budgets and technical specifications
- Provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related challenges and ensure engineering standards are met
- Review and approve construction drawings procedures and method statements
- Deliver FEED Front-End Engineering Design constructability reviews and reports for offshore scopes
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE Health Safety and Environment standards during all offshore operations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-risk activities
- Collaborate with project managers design engineers and client representatives to align construction goals
- Facilitate daily briefings progress reviews and reporting to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and implement hookup strategies and offshore construction plans
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or unforeseen issues
- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering in relevant discipline from accredited university
- Minimum 18 to 20+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 to 8+ years in offshore project
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar position
- 5 to 8+ years' experience in offshore Projects is preferred
- Preferred experience from Top Oil & Gas Operators/ PMC/ EPC Background
- GCC experience is mandatory, preferably within ADNOC Group companies
- PMC experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
