Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans tailored to ADNOC onshore project requirements ensuring alignment with national and international standards
- Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards unsafe practices and non-compliance with HSE regulations issuing immediate corrective actions
- Lead and participate in incident investigations root cause analysis and develop robust preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences
- Manage and oversee permit-to-work systems ensuring all high-risk activities are meticulously assessed and controlled
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrable HSE experience specifically within the oil and gas onshore sector.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO .)
