OT Cybersecurity Field Engineer

Wiresec is a specialist OT/ICS cybersecurity company dedicated to securing critical infrastructure without disrupting safety, availability, or operations. We are looking for a field-oriented engineer to help translate cybersecurity gaps into practical, implementable controls.
The Role- Conduct on-site surveys, assess existing infrastructure, and identify connectivity and integration requirements.
- Prepare detailed survey findings and coordinate directly with engineering and technical teams at customer sites.
- Act as a bridge between the solutions team and delivery team to design, build and execute complex project assignments.
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar network, systems, or cybersecurity role, ideally with exposure to power utility or substation environments.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science) with UAE Equivalency.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, and firewalls). - Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of OT/industrial cybersecurity concepts, security vendors, and electrical substation infrastructure (SCMS, RTUs, IEDs).
