Walk-in | QC Engineer - Mechanical

- Working experience in various piping and pipeline projects in Oil and Gas sector.
- Familiarized with Project codes, specification, and International standards.
- Technical ability to review Engineering Specifications, Material requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation(TBE) and vendor documents for LLIs. Experience to perform Pre-inspection meeting.
- Experience in preparation of Project specific procedures, Inspection and Test plans (ITP) and Work Instructions.
- Thorough Knowledge in welding and welding processes including Cross country pipeline work.
- Able to handle static and rotating equipment.
- Coordinate for 3rd party audits and act as Lead auditor to perform project, subcontractor, and vendor audits.
- Lead role in closing of NCRs and CAR’s.
- Document preparation for Technical query and Technical deviation request process.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 15+year experience as QA/QC Engineer in EPC projects.
- Certified as Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Previous approval in ADNOC Group or other Oil/Gas Client.
- Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CSWIP 3.1)
- Certified Painting inspection qualification (NACE/ BGAS L-2).
- Certified ASNT Level-2.
