ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to support equipment reliability, maintenance optimization, and asset integrity improvement activities in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for developing and implementing effective Reliability Management Systems, providing technical guidance on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history. The successful candidate will work with Maintenance Group Section Heads and relevant engineering specialists to establish consistent reliability processes, identify recurring equipment failures, and develop practical improvement plans.

The position also involves coordinating Instrument Protective Function analysis, facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA), maintaining reliability and integrity information, and recommending engineering solutions that improve equipment performance and long-term operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement a Reliability Management System for equipment and operational assets.
• Establish structured and consistent reliability management processes.
• Promote a multidisciplinary approach to equipment reliability and integrity improvement.
