Project Planning Engineer

Job Description:

1. Integrate Company’s strategy to the Chief Programme of each project. Prepare and submit detailed time Programme to the Engineer for approval within twenty-eight (28) days after the project commencement date in P6 and the form specified in the contract.

2. Prepare and submit revised programme to the Engineer for approval as required by the Engineer.

3. Compare the actual progress at site and the programme. Find out any delay of the site works and push forward the site progress accordingly.

4. Prepare and submit monthly progress report to the Engineer for approval and revise is according the requirement of the Engineer.

5. Find out any act or instructions from the Employer or Engineer which may cause a delay to the progress and prepare a claim for extension for that.

6. Other related tasks as may be instructed by company management.

Working Hours:

8:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirement:

Experience:

15 years working experience as planner in Housing Project. At least Chief Planner for 1 or 2 Construction Projects of high rising buildings.

Major:
Architecture Engineering

Degree:
Bachelor or Above

Software:
Expertised in P6

Language:
Excellent in English. Have good communication skills. Be good at communicating with people from different countries.
