On-site Position Overview ADNOC Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of engineering projects, facility modifications, and operational improvement initiatives across ADNOC Gas assets, including Habshan, Bab, BuHasa, Asab, and Habshan-5. The role sits within the Technical Projects Division of Gas Operations and involves coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, start-up, and final handover.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate project engineering activities, review contractor deliverables, manage technical interfaces, and monitor project execution against approved safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. A central responsibility is ensuring compliance with ADNOC engineering standards, governance requirements, and the Group Value Assurance Process (VAP). The position involves close collaboration with Operations, Central Engineering, engineering contractors, licensors, vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and other project stakeholders.

It supports brownfield developments, facility modifications, capacity enhancements, debottlenecking initiatives, and business continuity projects intended to maintain asset reliability and operational performance.

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities across assigned gas operations projects.
• Support project execution through FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and review Statements of Requirement (SOR) to establish project needs and technical expectations.
• Participate in developing project execution strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to support timely project delivery.
• Review contractor engineering deliverables for compliance with approved project requirements.
• Evaluate construction methodologies and execution plans.
• Monitor engineering progress and identify technical issues affecting project delivery.
• Recommend corrective measures to address execution delays and engineering constraints.

• Support project development across the ASSESS, SELECT, DEFINE, and EXECUTE stages.
• Apply ADNOC 's Group Value Assurance Process throughout relevant project phases.
• Coordinate engineering inputs required for project reviews and approvals.

• Identify engineering issues that could affect project readiness or delivery.
