PurposeThe Civil Structural Design Engineer to undertake and review civil and structural design works ensuring compliance with project specifications applicable codes and engineering standards. The role involves design calculations technical reviews coordination with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of safe efficient and technically sound design solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review civil and structural design calculations drawings dynamic load calculation specifications and technical reports
- Perform structural analysis and design for buildings foundations and other infrastructure elements
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards project specifications and client requirements
- Review design submissions shop drawings and technical documents
- Identify design discrepancies technical risks and interface issues and recommend solutions
- Respond to technical queries and provide design clarifications during project execution
- Participate in design reviews technical meetings and coordination workshops
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil and structural design
- Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software, such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP
2000, and AutoCAD, as applicable to project requirements - Strong knowledge of structural design codes, engineering calculations, and technical documentation
- Experience in PMC, EPC, engineering consultancy, or design consultancy environments is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, technical coordination, and communication skills
- Immediate joiners are preferred
