The Principal Technician Integration & Test for Halcon will be supporting the development, integration, and testing of advanced weapon systems and test equipment. Provide hands‑on technical expertise in subsystem testing, harness manufacturing, test equipment assembly, and development activities.

Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Contribute to cutting‑edge aerospace and defense programs in a highly collaborative environment.

• Support subsystem integration, development testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Build and manufacture prototype harnesses, looms, and test equipment assemblies.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation for test systems and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Diploma in Electronics, Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aerospace, defense, military systems, or related engineering industries.
• Strong experience with subsystem testing, integration, and test equipment support.
• Hands‑on expertise in wiring, harness manufacturing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting missile, weapons, avionics, or aerospace development programs.

• Knowledge of Lean principles and experience working within regulated engineering environments.
