We are seeking an experienced and visionary Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director to oversee engineering operations, drive technical innovation, and deliver complex projects with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Lead civil engineering design, planning, technical coordination, and project execution across multiple projects.
- Develop engineering strategies, manage resources, and ensure project delivery meets schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, and project submissions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, building regulations, safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical challenges and manage project risks.
- Monitor project performance, optimise engineering processes, and implement cost-effective technical solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Professional engineering registration or relevant certifications are preferred, subject to local regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction, with a strong track record in project and team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering design, project management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage complex projects, inspire teams, and deliver measurable results.
