• Managing project delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial targets, timelines, and quality expectations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while supporting business development efforts
• Overseeing project financials including profitability, invoicing, and performance tracking
• Supporting and contributing to technical forums focused on innovation, tools, and emerging technologies
• Representing the business in client, contractor, and stakeholder engagements

• Strong background in Electrical Engineering within MEP consultancy
• Proven experience leading complex design projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness with the ability to link technical delivery to profitability
• Confidence in client-facing roles and contributing to winning new work
• Solid understanding of international codes, standards, and design practices
• Proficiency with industry design tools and engineering software
• Chartered status (or close to achieving it)
