Senior Radiation Protection Technician

Are you passionate about nuclear safety and committed to protecting health against radiological hazards We are looking for an experienced Senior Radiation Protection Technician to join our team during the refueling outage in Abu Dhabi This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a high-impact role

• Monitor radiological activities ensuring protection during routine and special operations
• Conduct comprehensive surveys to assess all forms of radiation hazards
• Enforce strict access controls within contamination zones to maintain safety
• Execute decontamination procedures and interpret results to prevent further spread
• Advise on and ensure proper selection of Personal Protective Clothing PPC and respiratory equipment

• Relevant experience that includes work at nuclear power plants or participation in at least two refueling outages. Alternatively candidates with suitable training and plant exposure may also be considered
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in English
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in dynamic situations
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
