We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP/FM estimation, tender preparation, and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations, procurement, and business development teams.
- Ensure competitive pricing and timely submission of tenders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–7 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably with an FM service provider.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering.
- Experience in SLA/KPI-based FM contracts is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
- Degree attestation is required.
