Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Project Management:
Proven experience in managing end-to-end UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration) and Pro AV (Professional Audio-Visual) projects, from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Project Planning & Execution:
Strong knowledge of project execution procedures, resource planning, scheduling, budget control, risk management, and progress monitoring to ensure timely project delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, main contractors, system integrators, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
Site Management:
Experience managing site activities, installation schedules, site readiness, access approvals, technical dependencies, and coordination with other trades.
Technical Understanding:
Good understanding of UCC and Pro AV systems, including video conferencing, audio systems, displays, LED walls, AV control systems, and system integration.
Project Documentation:
Ability to manage project schedules, meeting minutes, progress reports, technical submittals, method statements, risk registers, and project handover documentation.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all project activities meet approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
Customer & Vendor Management:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations, resolve site issues, and coordinate with vendors for timely technical support and material delivery.
Testing & Handover:
Oversee system testing, commissioning, snag resolution, user training, and final project handover to the customer.
Preferred Profile: A well-organized professional with good leadership and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects, work with different teams, solve problems, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
