We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi

• Prepare variation claims and submissions.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements of additional works.
• Prepare variation quotations and cost breakdowns.
• Maintain and update variation records and logs.
• Coordinate with project teams for variation details and approvals.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in variation preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects is preferred.
