This role supports the Civil Lead in leading engineering teams and overseeing civil engineering design and supervision for large-scale infrastructure projects, including large and deep pumping stations.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- A master's degree in a related engineering discipline is preferred.
- At least 15 years' experience in civil engineering design and supervision or a related field, including at least 5 years' proven experience leading engineering teams in the UAE and managing large-scale infrastructure projects similar to DSST.
- Professional certification as a Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent is required.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, international and local industry standards, and regulatory requirements, with demonstrable experience in large and deep pumping stations.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
